Characteristics

The olive oil brand “Conde D’ Ourem”, is an extra virgin olive oil, free from additives and chemical preservatives, with less than 0,5% acidity, and with a greenish yellow colour, fruity scent, fresh and aromatic. Its chemical characteristics are in agreement with Regulation (EC) n.0 2568/91 and amendments.

Production

The olives are processed in a ecological mill, at 25°C, with no added water or preservatives. This olive oil is subsequently subject to a natural decanting process in stainless steel tanks, kept at a constant storage temperature and hermetically sealed, to ensure all of its characteristics.

Conditions of use

As usual, it is served raw, as a salad dressing for instance, it can also be consumed warm, as ingredient, in cooked food, and used in frying, as well as conservating agent of olives, smoked meat and cheese.

Labelling information

Special information is needless to maintain the safety of the product, although it is conforming to its own

legislation (eventually it could include the following phrases: “Keep away from light and heat”, ”As a natural product, it can present some turbidity and deposit”).
